David Sherman is the Founder, President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Cohanzick Management, LLC. Mr. Sherman has 30+ years of investment management experience. Prior to establishing Cohanzick, Mr. Sherman was actively involved as a senior executive in Leucadia National Corporation's corporate investments and acquisitions and was Treasurer of the holding company’s insurance operations. Mr. Sherman holds a B.S. from Washington University.
MICHAEL DE KLER
Asst. Portfolio Manager and Trader
Michael De Kler is a senior analyst and assistant portfolio manger of Cohanzick Management, LLC and has functioned in that capacity since 1999. Mr. De Kler holds a B.S. and a M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
STEVEN SHACHAT
Portfolio Manager
Steven Shachat recently joined Cohanzick Management, LLC as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Mr. Shachat has 35+ years of investment management experience having previously worked at Alpine Mutual Funds, Evergreen Mutual Funds, Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management and Donald Sheldon & Company. Mr. Shachat holds a B.S. from Boston University.

JONATHAN BARKOE
CFO & CCO
Jonathan Barkoe is the CFO and CCO of Cohanzick Management, LLC and has functioned in those capacities since 2004 and 2009, respectively. Mr. Barkoe, who has 25+ years of accounting and audit experience, has been in charge of Cohanzick's accounting since the firm's inception. Prior to joining Cohanzick, Mr. Barkoe was an accountant with Raines & Fischer. Mr. Barkoe holds a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University and a M.S. in Taxation from Baruch College.
GREGORY VOETSCH
Operations
Gregory Voetsch works on operations at Cohanzick Management, LLC and has functioned in that capacity since 2010. Mr. Voetsch has 20+ years of experience having worked at Thomas Lloyd Global Asset Management and Millenium Brokerage. Mr. Voetsch holds a B.S. from St. Joseph University.
